Kyle was very attentive to our needs and provided prompt drop off and pickup times.
A festival, a church weekend, a community cleanup, or a big family gathering all end the same way. A pile of broken-down dumpsters, pallets, folding chairs that did not survive, and a tangle of decorations.
We rent short term, and the three-day rental period covers a weekend almost exactly. One thing to know up front, because it decides whether a dumpster is the right tool for your event: household garbage and food waste cannot go in. Setup and teardown debris can.

What an event actually generates, once you separate it from the trash barrels by the food tent, is mostly packaging and busted furniture. That is what belongs in the dumpster:
None of that fits in a rolling trash container, and hauling it in pickup loads is how volunteers end up working Monday. One dumpster on the edge of the lot solves it.
This is the honest part, and it is better to hear it now than on delivery day. Household garbage and food waste are prohibited in our dumpsters. Plates, cups, leftovers, and the bags coming out of the trash barrels have to go to regular trash service or the venue's containers.
It is not a fussy rule we invented. Loose food waste changes what the load is and where it can go, and it turns a dumpster sitting in a July parking lot into something nobody wants near a fellowship hall. Plan trash barrels and a hauler for the food side, and use the dumpster for the debris.
Event debris is bulky and light, so what you need is room. Take the 20-yard, starting at $299. Its 6-foot walls swallow flattened cardboard and canopy frames, and it sits on the same 14 by 7 feet as the smaller dumpster, which matters when it has to fit a parking space.
The 14-yard at $249 is the heavy dumpster, built for concrete and dirt, so it only makes sense for an event if you are also tearing out a slab or a walkway.
We deliver to church parking lots, fairgrounds, ball fields, community centers, and private property across Springfield, Republic, Battlefield, and the rest of the service area. The rig is a trailer behind a pickup with a hydraulic lift.
The dumpster can be set into a single parking spot or tucked behind a building instead of needing the wide approach a full-size roll-off truck wants. Tell us where the dumpster should go and whether it needs to be out of sight of the crowd, and we will place it with that in mind.
If the event is on a public street or a city lot, check with the city first. Our On private property it is rarely a question.
Dumpster Permit GuideWe give discounted dumpsters to churches, ministries, and nonprofit rehab programs. That is who Kyle is, not a promotion with an end date, so there is no code to enter and no page to print. Mention what your group does when you call and ask about it.
Same goes if you are a veteran or a first responder helping run the event. We take major credit cards and cash, and you are talking to the owner when you call, not a call center working from a script.
An estate sale ends with whatever nobody bought, and that pile is usually furniture, dumpsters, and household goods too worn to donate. A dumpster on the driveway lets the family clear the house in one pass instead of stacking it in the garage to deal with later. The estate cleanout page goes deeper on that, and Reunions, graduations, and anniversary parties in a barn or a shop building work the same way.
Cleanout DumpstersThe cleanest way to run it: have the dumpster delivered before setup starts, usually Thursday or Friday. Then the crew unboxing tables and cutting zip ties has somewhere to put the cardboard from the first hour.
Then it sits through the event and takes the teardown pile Sunday afternoon while there are still volunteers around to load it. Three days covers exactly that arc. If your event spans a longer week, extra days are $20 a day, so a Wednesday to Monday rental is a small step up rather than a second rental.
Two practical notes from the delivery side. First, keep the approach to the dumpster clear, because a trailer needs a straight shot to back in and vendor trucks parked tight will block pickup. Second, load level with the top rail and no higher.
A load mounded over the rail cannot be tarped or hauled legally, and flattened cardboard is exactly the material that tempts people to keep stacking. Break dumpsters down and you will fit far more than you expect. If you want to walk through delivery day first, the how it works page lays it out, and Chemicals, fuel, batteries, tires, and liquids of any kind stay out.
What Goes in a DumpsterNo. Household garbage and food waste are prohibited in our dumpsters, and that rule does not bend for an event. Plates, cups, leftovers, and bagged trash from the food tent need regular trash service or the venue's own containers. An event dumpster is for the debris the event creates: broken tables and chairs, pallets, vendor cardboard, packing material, signage, decorations, and the wood and staging that comes apart at teardown.
The 20-yard, starting at $299. Event debris is light and bulky, mostly cardboard, pallets, decorations, and broken furniture, so what you need is room rather than weight capacity. The 20-yard has 6-foot walls on the same 14 by 7 foot footprint as the 14-yard, which matters when the dumpster has to fit in a parking spot or beside a fellowship hall. The 14-yard at $249 makes sense only if the load is dense, like a torn-out concrete pad from a grounds project.
The rental period is three days, which lines up with a weekend almost exactly. Have it delivered before Friday setup, load through the weekend, and it goes out after Sunday teardown. If your event runs longer or the dumpster needs to sit while volunteers finish, extra days are $20 a day. Call and tell us the dates and we will build the rental around them.
