Quick response, fair prices, and very friendly owner! Highly recommend using this company!
If you run a crew or manage property, the dumpster should be the least interesting part of your week. We rent 14 and 20-yard roll-offs to contractors, businesses, and property managers across Springfield and southwest Missouri.
We're locally owned and we run our own dumpsters. The number on the side of the dumpster rings the people who deliver it, not a broker's call center. We do short-term and long-term rentals both, including one-weekend event rentals. Commercial rates available, call for information.

Job-site debris comes in bursts. Demo week buries a dumpster in drywall and old flooring, then finish work barely fills a corner of it. A remodeler gutting a restaurant space and a framing crew on a new build throw off completely different loads, which is why the first question we ask is what you're tearing out. Roofing crews get their own page, because shingle weight changes the math, and heavy construction debris like concrete is a call-first conversation.
Most of our dumpsters are red with the raccoon on the side. Some are black. Same dumpster, same service either way, and the black ones tend to sit well behind a storefront where you'd rather not advertise a cleanout in progress.
Retail spaces between tenants, offices consolidating, warehouses clearing dead stock. A roll-off behind the building lets your own people load on their schedule instead of coordinating a junk crew. Old fixtures and shelving go in fine. Ask first about anything with refrigerant in it or a pallet of old electronics, since those need proper handling. The what goes in page covers the rest.
Both sizes sit on the same 14 by 7 foot footprint, roughly one parallel-parked truck worth of ground, so a tight lot doesn't force you into the small dumpster. The 20-yard is the volume dumpster for cleanouts and demo bulk.
The 14-yard is the one for heavy-material trades, concrete, dirt, and roofing tear-off fill it to legal road weight long before the walls matter. If the load is unusual, describe the job on the phone and we will size it with you.
Property managers know the turnover drill: a unit comes back full of left-behind furniture, worn carpet, and whatever the last tenant decided wasn't worth the truck space. A dumpster in the lot for a day or two beats twenty trips to the transfer station, and it works for a single unit or a whole building cycling through cleanouts.
Long-term commercial contracts are normal for us too. One apartment complex has kept us hauling for four years. For a property being cleared completely, see the estate cleanout page.
We cover the towns around Springfield too, from Republic and Willard out to Marshfield and Bolivar.
Turnovers are only part of it. A tenant leaves behind a couch and a broken TV stand. The same week you might be clearing a storage room nobody has opened in years, pulling carpet out of two units at once, or hauling off patio furniture that didn't survive the winter.
An eviction leaves a whole household in place, and that one fills a dumpster quickly. A roll-off in the lot lets your maintenance guys work through all of it between other calls instead of stacking it behind the building until someone has a truck free.
We do short-term and long-term rentals both, so a dumpster can come for a single unit or stay on a property through a whole leasing cycle. One apartment account has been running with us four years now, which is the only proof worth much in this business: they keep calling.
Every property is quoted on its own, since a twelve-unit building and a hundred-unit complex are not the same job. Call with your properties and we'll work it up.
How Delivery Works
Concrete guys, masons, tile setters, and demo crews should be looking at the 14-yard. Its 4-foot walls make hand-loading heavy material low and flat a lot easier on a crew, and dense debris reaches legal road weight long before it reaches the rail anyway.
Framers, siding crews, and remodelers usually want the 20-yard instead, because their debris is bulky rather than heavy. Both dumpsters take the same 14 by 7 feet of ground, so a tight lot never forces the decision.
Terms work the same way. Take a dumpster for a few days on a one-off tear-out, or keep one on site through a build and call when it needs swapping. Commercial rates available, call for information. Before demo starts, the what goes in list is worth a skim before demo starts.
Standard construction and demolition debris rides fine: framing scrap, drywall, flooring, siding, cabinets, and general job-site trash. Heavy material is the exception. Concrete, dirt, and dense demo loads can hit the truck's legal weight limit while the dumpster still looks half empty, so call about those before loading. Hazardous material, fuel, and asbestos stay out entirely.
No. The truck needs a clear spot with a straight run to back the trailer in, and enough overhead room for the lift to set the dumpster down. Mark the spot or describe it on the phone and we can deliver to an empty site.
We take major credit cards and cash. Commercial rates are quoted individually, since every job is different, so call with what you are hauling and where the site is and we will work it up.
Yes. We offer both short-term and long-term rentals, and long-term commercial contracts are normal for us, including an apartment complex we have served for four years. Tell us what the project looks like when you call and we will set up something that fits it.
On private property you control, a parking lot or a fenced yard, a permit generally is not part of it. It becomes a question when the dumpster has to sit on a public street or block a sidewalk, and that is a call to the city. Our dumpster permit guide covers how that works around Springfield. Your landlord or the property owner may have rules of their own about where a dumpster can sit, so check that too.
